Requirements are the same in every member state (Compact model legislation, Section 4): an active unencumbered home-state license, an accredited social work degree, the ASWB exam for your category, an FBI background check — plus, for clinical licenses, 3,000 hours or 2 years of supervised postgraduate practice.
